Manufacturer’s Warranty and Return Policy

     Your products come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 1-year or more where specified. If you are unsatisfied with any product, please provide us your name, contact information, invoice number, and the reason you are requesting a return. Shipping charges may apply on returns.

Purchase Terms

     Your H2OGenerator.com purchase order and payment is submitted to Greg Glaser’s sole proprietorship in Copperopolis, California. Greg Glaser is an independent salesperson / reseller of water extraction and alternative energy technology. Greg Glaser reserves the right to refuse any purchase order and promptly return full payment.

     After Greg Glaser receives your approved purchase order and payment, Greg Glaser will in turn promptly submit payment(s) to the applicable product providers for the product(s) stated on your H2OGenerator.com invoice, for delivery to the address stated on your invoice. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any needed assembly and maintenance of your product(s), including but not limited to the responsibility to follow safety instructions.
